To reset a forgotten or unknown password, non-students need to request a PIN. Students need to use their PAN. (If you don't remember, look up your PAN.)
If you want to change an existing, known password, use your current NetID and password.
If you want to change your NetID, requests are subject to review by IT Services before the change is granted.
Deactivate a NetID that is no longer needed.
