Individual Login-only NetIDs
Persons who are affiliated with MSU but are not employees, students or retirees may have a need for an MSU login. This type of login must be sponsored by a current MSU employee. The affiliation can be established for up to one year from the date of the request. The ID Office will process the request within 5 business days after receiving the request. Shared Resource Accounts
Departments may request a shared resource account, such as a shared mailbox and/or calendar, for departmental communication. The account cannot be used for direct login purposes and will be accessible by authorized individuals as defined by the department. To request such an account, please proceed to TDX form here.
